Marqués de Valdueza is one of them.
A historic estate in Extremadura where the Álvarez de Toledo family has been cultivating olive trees for more than five centuries with respect for their origins.
Oils made from varieties such as arbequina, picual, hojiblanca and morisca, selected and assembled in coupage to achieve balance, complexity and a style of their own.
A proposal that is completed with carefully produced vinegars, where time and raw materials define their depth and character.
Each production is an expression of its environment:
soil, climate and weather in harmony, guided by just intervention.
Origin turned into flavour.
